The heart is a sacred place. It is the gateway to our most intimate feelings, both conscious and unconscious. It is the space that allows us to feel love and connection. And it is the home of the divine light within each of us.

Yet, it seems daunting to embrace our heart, reside there, and embody all that it offers. Fear, over-analysing and the voices of others disconnect us from this sacred sanctum. This disconnected state is one of the most important causes of our suffering. Honouring our heart and embracing it is vital in our path for personal and spiritual transformation.

Meditation (Dhyānam) is one of the powerful tools of the Yoga tradition that can help you embrace your heart, open its secret doorways, and connect to the divine light within.

The purpose of this seminar is to help you connect with, open and embrace your heart through profound meditation practices from the Viniyoga tradition. The practices taught will incorporate some of its holistic range of tools, including simple body movements (Āsana), conscious breath regulation (Prāṇāyāma), repetition of oral sounds (Mantra), visualizations (Bhāvanā), gestures (Nyāsa) and guided meditation (Dhyānam).

This practice-only seminar will contain a set of eight modules, each module focusing on a different theme. The focus for each module has been carefully chosen to address the different needs of practitioners, especially during these challenging times. You are advised to practice the meditation that is taught until the next module, and repeat the procedure for the entire month. After the month is over, participants will be able to continue to use any of these safe meditation practices, depending on their individual needs, in consultation with their mentor or supervisor.

Even if you are unable to attend the event live, you can still listen to the sessions at your own leisure.
