Conference Fees

Please note that there are two separate payments to be made. Click the arrows below to expand each item for the details.

  • This fee is for teaching for both the pre-conference and the leading conference (Totalling seven days). Three days of the special Pre-conference event and the four-day main conference. The Tuition fee for these seven days will be €555 (early Bird Price) and €650 (Normal Price).

    The schedule of payment for this is presented below:
    Non-Refundable Deposit due by 30 Nov 2024: € 100 (or S$150, NZ$175, A$ 165, £90 in local currencies)
    Early Bird Price due by 31 Jan 2025: Remaining €455 (or S$660, NZ$805, A$ 755, £395 in local currencies)
    Normal Price from 01 Feb 2025: Remaining €550 (or S$800, NZ$970, A$ 910, £475 in local currencies)

    Please Note: The Conference Tuition Fee needs to be paid directly to Viniyoga Pte Ltd (Singapore)! This can paid via Bank Transfer or through a Credit Card.

    Bank Transfers for the tuition fee are possible in Euros €, British £, New Zealand $, Australian $ and Singapore $ only. Credit Card Payments are only possible through Singapore Dollars (S$), and a 5% transaction fee will be added. Chinese customers can pay through WeChat or Alipay, and a 5% transaction fee will be added.

    All prices are per person. The price includes seven nights' accommodation, starting on 15 June 2025, dinner on 15th June 2025 and three meals per day from 16-22 June 2025. Two coffee breaks during the conferences. Free Airport pick up and drop off between 8.00 - 22.00.

    Please note: The Conference Accommodation Package needs to be paid directly to Vikeo Sports Co. Ltd (Thailand), our local coordinator for the event! This can be paid via Bank Transfer or a Credit Card and will be charged in Thai Baht only. The Euro prices mentioned here are indicative only and may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment. Hence, there may be slight variations in cost in your local currency. For Credit Card Payments, a relevant transaction fee will be added. Chinese customers can pay through WeChat or Alipay.

    Accommodation payments must be completed before 28 February 2025!

    Cancellation Policy
    ● No-show will be subject to 100% of the total amount.
    ● The cancellation notice must be notified by e-mail (contact@vigeosports.com) as early as possible, at least a month in advance (Before 15 May 2025).

    Register early so that you get the accommodation of your choice! Some accommodation types are limited!
