  • The Tuition fee for the event is €555

    The schedule of payment for this is presented below:
    Non-Refundable Deposit due by 30 Nov 2025: € 100 (or S$150, NZ$190, A$ 180, £90 in local currencies)
    Remaining Fee due by 10 Jan 2026: Remaining €455 (or S$685, NZ$880, A$ 820, £395 in local currencies)

    Please Note: The Conference Tuition Fee needs to be paid directly to Viniyoga Pte Ltd (Singapore)! This can paid via Bank Transfer or through a Credit Card.

    Bank Transfers for the tuition fee are possible in Euros €, British £, New Zealand $, Australian $ and Singapore $ only. Credit Card Payments are only possible through Singapore Dollars (S$), and a 5% transaction fee will be added. Chinese customers can pay through WeChat or Alipay, and a 5% transaction fee will be added.

  • A variety of accommodation styles are possible for you to book. Here are the prices for the different options. All prices are per person!

    The price includes the right to use conference facilities, seven nights' accommodation starting on 11 Jan 2026, dinner on 11th Jan 2026, three meals per day from 12-17 Jan 2026, and lunch on 18th Jan 2026. There will be two coffee breaks during the conference, except on the last day, when there will be only one morning coffee break. Free Airport pick up and drop off between 8.00 and 22.00.

    Please note: The Conference Accommodation Package needs to be paid directly to Vikeo Sports Co. Ltd (Thailand), our local coordinator for the event! This can be paid via Bank Transfer or a Credit Card and will be charged in Thai Baht only. The Euro prices mentioned here are indicative only and may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment. Hence, there may be slight variations in cost in your local currency. For Credit Card Payments, a relevant transaction fee will be added. Chinese customers can pay through WeChat or Alipay.
